Welcome to a Place to Breathe.

Mindfulness, Movement and breathwork Courses
navigating life with more ease.

The majority of us have not spent time to pause and understand our own minds. The autopilot habits that we have put into place leave us confused and not knowing where to go next. The practice of mindfulness is proven to increase focus, improve sleep and help us find our way when we are faced with challenges.

Supported by 40+ years of research, mindfulness gives us the tools to help work with uncertianty, returning again and again to the present moment, the only place where life unfolds.

“Life is available only in the present moment.”
Thich Nhat Hanh

About Courtney

As a student of mindfulness for 18 years, I love sharing and teaching practices that have helped me navigate life and the struggles that inevitably show up. This experience has shaped everything I offer: programs rooted in MBSR, grounded in movement, and designed for real, sometimes hectic lives.

When you join one of my offerings, one on one or in a group setting, you will leave with skills that support you for life.

What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention, on purpose to the present moment, without judgement. A skill that can be learned, practiced and brought into every area of our lives.
